how it works
1. add 1 stick & 50ml water
use cold, room-temperature or hot water.
(yes, cold water works. shaking disperses the matcha evenly, so you can skip the hot-water-first method and enjoy a smooth, well-blended matcha straight away.)
2. shake until smooth & foamy
shake well to fully mix the matcha and create a smooth, airy texture. no whisk or extra tools needed.
3. fill to 300ml & shake again
fill your bottle with water or milk up to the 300ml mark and shake again.
the extra 100ml gives the drink room to foam while shaking, while leaving space for ice, honey or any other toppings you choose.
